The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals hasn’t ruled on Honolulu’s rail project yet, but you can watch today’s oral arguments on its website.

Here’s a link to the video of the hearing, which could determine the fate of the $5.26 billion project.

While the terminology is a bit wonky — it involves terms like EIS, ROD, NEPA and 4(f) — it will give some flavor as to what the judges were curious about.
