Death At Illegal North Shore New Year’s Eve Party Stokes Safety Concerns

At the entrance to the Ehukai Pillbox Trail in the Sunset Beach Neighborhood Park there is a medium sized tree on the left side of the trail that is adorned today with a wreath marked with a simple black marker title ÒTiare Jan 1 2025Ó According to an HPD Incident Report (?) Tiare attended a RAVE New YearÕs party and succumbed to some form of misbehavior that took her life. Rumors abound as to just what happened but Neighbors have complained for quite some time, that there are Rave type parties with loud music, alcohol and possible drug activity that regularly take place further into the trail.(David Croxford/Civil Beat/2025
