Everyone hates lawyers ... until they need one.

Lahaina looks like Dresden or Tokyo after the firebombings. Everyone has experience with fire and everyone thinks they know what fire is but no one can actually comprehend the fire that incinerated Lahaina as it’s something no one is able to experience directly. If people had truly understood that this fire could happen then it wouldn’t have happened. What we don’t know is vastly greater than what we know or could know. This fire is the result of many factors that came together all at once, similar to how each one of us came into being to enter this world. As such, I think it is best regarded as an Act of God and that no person or entity should be considered guilty for the hundreds of lives lost. The world is, and always will be, bigger than us.

Not a huge fan of the Litigation Industrial Complex but there's an information blackout and if this is what takes to get some discovery then so be it.
