Dos Santos Tam, Weyer and Cordero did an excellent job. By doing the job that their constituents wanted and ensuring their constituents voice are not only heard but there was always a response and follow-up is exactly what expected from a non-partisan legislative body. i don't think the general public care whose Chair, Vice Chair or the politicking, photo ops and the disrespect shown to those remove from doing their due diligence .The City and County of Honolulu has a consent decree related to its wastewater system. The decree is in response to violations of the Clean Water Act and requires significant upgrades to the city's wastewater collection and treatment facilities. This decree was a result of a settlement between the City and County of Honolulu, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Justice Department, the Hawaii Attorney General's Office, the Hawaii Department of Health, and three environmental groups. The consent decree also included a $1.6 million penalty and stipulated penalties of up to $2,000 per day for any unmet compliance deadlines. I would like to see the 3 Hawaiians fix this issue without having our taxpayers pay for the negligence of the County.

Great, Will -- you just keep getting better and better. Love the skull and the circling vultures
