01/31/2022Refund is a misappropriated idea at bet. With our infrastructure in shambles (one can never read roadsigns, speed is controlled by potholes etc..), Hawaiians live in the third world ci=onditions awaiting a place to live and many dying while waiting for homestead lands, at the same time friends (remember Larry Mehau) get to lease lands for almost free. There is no shortage of real needs (not wants) and if we have excess in real terms a rainy day reserve of a few years may be good idea. If you want to see good fiscal management, see a small country like Singapore for a stellar example.Birendra Huja

Give a man a fish he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish... $100 is a trip to the grocery store. Lowering taxes = more than $100.How do we lower taxes? Same concept, give the government $100 they'll want $120 next year, reorganize the government and they can do more with less.
