Won't it continue to crack if they don't solve the reason it cracked in the first place? Wouldn't the problem get worse as it gets used?

So sick of all these not so surprising surprises that many of us predicted. We cannot seem to stop this money pit as it heads to town and detroys businesses and majorly impacts traffic and people's quality of life. For years! For what? Not going to decrease traffic and has already created havoc with numerous TOD projects completed well before the rail reached them. Developers and pals have the last laugh. I don't understand why we don't stop at the transit center and connect riders with buses. Who the heck ever heard of the City Center? It's already super crowded. Everyday, it seems that there is a new issue pop up with taxpayers footing the non-stop bills.
