Is there any new art, or exhibits in the museum? I would hope that the money spent to rebrand was worth what the museum may have purchased in art. And maybe they should just had community suggestion competition to rename the building?

$150K for a consultant to come up with the new name? More of our precious dollars flushed away.....

What on earth was the consultant thinking? S/he must hate modern art!The name is wrong, too. Honolulu Museum of Art was much more successful when it changed its name from the Honolulu Art Institute. This name doesn't even make clear that it's an art museum!
