Did Schatz actually agree with Biden's EO supporting the Jone's Act?

Big difference here is that Inouye worked across the aisle to benefit Hawaii.  Schatz can't do this.  He is too partisan.

Dan Inouye was able to bring home the bacon because he was in the US Senate for so long, all the while accumulating seniority, which is a big factor in the Senate.  He was a Senator for just under 50 years.  Schatz is working on it.
