So what is the DOE's plan to cool the schools? About 3,000 classrooms still need air conditioning + 838 systems failing from the Cool Classrooms Initiative. No plan is not a acceptable response from the DOE.

Who's responsible? My guess is the Legislature. I don't see any screaming and yelling from like they usually do to others. I guess if they steer the money to their supporters and it gets wasted, it's ok. I'd like to see names of contractors and politicians involved.

To great fanfare McCully branch library fixed its A/C. It's been frostbite cold ever since. Like walking into Costco cold veggie dept.It's not just the school classrooms that have the A/C issue. Love the cartoon!
