So true, but you need to caption "first world taxes." It wouldn't be as accurate if you didn't recognize the incredibly high taxes that we pay to receive the third world designation. Reference the annual state and city budgets, it will make you scratch your head even more in wonderment of where all the money goes?

Third world cities exist in all major metro areas. We expect better, but keep electing the same lazy potatoes or "bullys" (who are also lazy potatoes).
