One of Hawaii’s largest corn seed manufacturers has been slapped with a lawsuit brought on behalf of 150 Kauai residents, The Garden Island reports
The lawsuit alleges that pesticides and pesticide dust from Pioneer HI-Bred International’s farming operations near Waimea have blown into residents’ homes on an almost daily basis for more than 10 years.
