After winning the District 1 seat, which represents the Leeward Coast, Berg has found himself in a series of awkward scenarios.
He’s been caught on camera drunkenly arguing with a Secret Service agent, his colleagues have called the cops on him during a committee meeting and now he could be forced to pay back $28,000 to the city for having an employee do campaign work for him.
If all that wasn’t enough, Berg now finds himself embroiled in a nasty fight with state Rep. Kymberly Pine, who is trying to unseat him on the council.
That battle’s gotten so bad that Berg has now offered a $100 reward to people who can help him dig up dirt on Pine.
All we can do now is wait and see what, if anything, is next for the councilman.
