More of a visual person?

The Hawaii Campaign Spending Commission has launched a new app that creates pie charts from all sorts of campaign finance data for candidates.

Users can customize it with a few mouse clicks to just show in-state versus out-of-state money or break down what percentage of a candidate’s spending was for advertising, food, surveys, printing, etc.

Read more about the app and try it out for yourself here.
