No Kidding: Honolulu Traffic Among Worst in North America

Just in case you weren’t sure, TomTom Traffic Index has its latest survey showing Honolulu has the No. 4 “worst traffic” in North America.

Vancouver, Canada, Los Angeles and San Francisco, respectively, took the top three slots, with Seattle and San Jose, Calif., following Honolulu.

The TomTom Traffic Index compares travel times during noncongested hours (free flow) with travel times in peak hours. TomTom is a  provider of navigation and location-based products and services.
