From DLNR:
Facilitated by Abercrombie Administration efforts to modernize and transform state technology infrastructure, this online resource allows Hawaii residents and non-residents to purchase a license required to fish in the state’s freshwater streams and waters from their computer or mobile device.
“The upgraded solution provides easier access to our online service through a mobile responsive design that reacts to the size of our customers’ devices,” said DAR Administrator Frazer McGilvray. “Fishermen can now purchase or retrieve licenses on-the-go, from any device, and from anywhere with a network connection.”
Customers can visit https://freshwater.ehawaii.gov/ to purchase a Hawaii freshwater fishing license today. Upon successful purchase, licensees will receive a copy of their fishing license and any other required permits by email.
The online freshwater fishing game license solution is created in partnership with Hawaii Information Consortium, LLC, the official Internet portal manager of eHawaii.gov.
