This week’s annual conference of the Hawaii State Bar Association includes a day-long seminar on medical marijuana and how the process to get dispensaries in place is progressing.

State Rep. Della Au Belatti, a Democrat who has been a major force behind getting a medical marijuana system in place, joins Pod Squad host Chad Blair in our studio to talk about the legal and social issues still facing Hawaii. Also on the podcast: Mitzi Vaughn, an attorney from Seattle whose firm represents cannabis industry clients, and Robert Morgan, another attorney with medical cannabis experience who joins the discussion from Chicago.
