State Sen. Donna Mercado Kim joins Podcast host Chad Blair to talk about why she’s running for Congress next year and how she plans to campaign differently than the last time she ran for Congress in 2014.

While the incumbent congresswoman in the 1st Congressional District, Colleen Hanabusa, is running for governor, Kim said she wouldn’t be looking for a higher office if she wins the seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
