The number of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in Hawaii jumped to 48 Saturday.
That’s 11 more cases compared with Friday, according to data released by the state Department of Health Saturday afternoon.
Oahu has seven more cases, an increase from 28 to 35. Hawaii County has three cases now, up from one on Friday.

Maui County has two more cases, from five to seven. There are no new cases on Kauai, which had three as of Friday.
Three of the coronavirus patients have been hospitalized.
