A 3-year-old boy died Monday of injuries suffered in a massive fireworks explosion on New Year’s Eve in Salt Lake, according to the Honolulu Police Department.

He is the fourth person to die in the incident, which also injured around 24 others, many critically.

The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Cassius Ramos-Benigno. He died at a hospital at around 1:30 a.m. Monday.

The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office has identified two women who died in the blast as 58-year-old Nelie Ibarra and 23-year-old Jennifer Van. The name of a third woman who died has not yet been released.

A separate fireworks accident on New Year’s Day in Kalihi killed 20-year-old Jayson Ramos, city officials said.

Six of those critically injured in the Salt Lake explosion were airlifted to a burn unit in Arizona for special treatment on Saturday. The director of the Diane & Bruce Halle Arizona Burn Center,
