Alec Weiker is a master’s student at the University of Hawaiʻi Mānoa researching policy related to the Compact of Free Association agreements and COFA citizens living in the United States. He has previously been affiliated with the embassy of the Federated States of Micronesia and is currently based in Hawai‘i.
