Emily Kempka is a certified emergency registered nurse at The Queen’s Medical Center and a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve. With seven years of experience in emergency and trauma care, she advocates for injury prevention and helmet safety in Hawaiʻi. She is currently pursuing a master’s in nursing education at the University of Connecticut.
