Isis Patiño Fernandez Usborne is a community organizer, recent graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law at U.H. Mānoa, and a member of the Reimagining Public Safety and Hawai’i Community Safety Coalitions. They are the proud child of a single mother who raised them here on O`ahu.
