Yuuko Arikawa-Cross is the Director of the Executive Office on Early Learning (EOEL) and leads the coordination and development of Hawaiʻi’s early learning system, spanning from prenatal care through kindergarten. EOEL administers one of the state’s public prekindergarten options, the EOEL Public Prekindergarten Program, hosts the Head Start Collaboration Office Director position, contracts 4 Family Child Interaction Learning Programs, and has an Early Childhood Educator Stipend program in partnership with the University of Hawaiʻi System.
