Talk story with the team at the Pearl City Public Library.
Civil Beat’s next pop-up newsroom will be on Wednesday in Pearl City starting at 10 a.m.
Members of our editorial and business teams will be working from the Pearl City Public Library that day and available to answer your questions and hear your story ideas.
The event is free and runs until the library closes at 4 p.m.
After Pearl City, the next pop-up newsroom will be in the Kihei Public Library on Maui on April 19, starting at 11 a.m.
Our schedule of upcoming pop-up newsrooms is regularly updated on our website.
This project is supported by the Hawaii Community Foundation.

What it means to support Civil Beat.
Supporting Civil Beat means you’re investing in a newsroom that can devote months to investigate corruption. It means we can cover vulnerable, overlooked communities because those stories matter. And, it means we serve you. And only you.
Donate today and help sustain the kind of journalism Hawaiʻi cannot afford to lose.
