Oahu voters can return their ballot envelope by mail using the postage-paid envelope provided, or at a designated ballot drop box.

The drop boxes at all 16 locations across Oahu open Wednesday and can be accessed until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 — election day.

Officials advise that it is best not to wait to vote. Click here for more information about Honolulu ballots.

Meanwhile, the Hawaii Office of Elections says that mail-in ballots should arrive in mailboxes statewide by Friday. Click here for more information about that.
