Hawaiʻi Storytellers: Parenthood

This storytelling event will feature a diverse group of storytellers sharing their unique perspectives and experiences on parenthood in Hawaiʻi. The event will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Waiwai Collective in Mōʻiliʻili.

Doors open at 5 p.m. Pre-show entertainment will begin at 5:45 p.m. The program will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

If you are unable to attend, a free recording will be sent to everyone who registers.

Stephanie Lum – co-host of Muthaship Podcast and Hawaiʻi News Now anchor 

Susan Okoga – preschool director at Queen Emma Preschool with over 40 years of experience in early childhood education

Lee Ann and Alvis Satele – former University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa athletes and parents to five children

Haylin Dennison – executive director and founder of Spill The Tea Cafe

Heather Mohr – executive director at Keiki and Plow

Ryan Catalani – executive director at Family Promise Hawaiʻi
