Alana Eagle is the events manager for Honolulu Civil Beat and has panned over 150 community events. With an eye towards relationship building and creativity, she plans and produces in-person and virtual events that amplify our journalism and bring people together. Born and raised in Honolulu, she graduated from La Pietra and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her passions include sustainability, spirituality and self-growth. When she’s not out in the ocean with her family, she can be found in her garden, wrangling chickens and growing lilikoi.
