Join us for a deep dive into the “Guardians of the Deep” series, where Civil Beat Deputy Editor, Nathan Eagle sits down with Randy Kosaki, NOAA’s Deputy Superintendent of the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument to discuss the findings of their recent voyage there and how it might have long lasting impacts to the neighboring Hawaiʻian islands. The event will take place on Friday, January 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Civil Beat headquarters.

This event will be held at the Civil Beat headquarters in Kaimuki, located on the second floor above Goodwill Hawaii. Parking is located within the building at 3650 Waialae Avenue, entrance on Wilhelmina Rise. Parking validation will be provided for all attendees.
