Even though No. 43 has been out of office nearly four years now, he was the talk of two towns Tuesday night. In Honolulu and Washington, D.C., the former president’s name was being dropped like crazy.

We had both a presidential debate and a U.S. Senate debate on the same night here in Hawaii.
