Akana, an OHA trustee, is suing in First Circuit Court regarding “procedures and current practices of OHA for providing Trustees and beneficiaries access to minutes of closed door executive meetings of the OHA Trustees and any or all other OHA records or documents related thereto are unreasonably cumbersome, restrictive, and never were properly adopted by OHA Trustees.”
That’s according to a press release. Eric Seitz is the attorney. We haven’t seen the lawsuit yet, but it might be related to matters reported in these stories:
