As more developments are planned for Kakaako, many residents are worried about how sewer, water and traffic will be affected and say the city hasn’t paid enough attention to current problems.
In response to concerns, the Honolulu City Council is holding a public hearing on Wednesday to consider a resolution asking the city to identify and fix sewer and drainage problems in Kakaako.
The Council’s Committee on Public Works and Sustainability is holding the hearing at 1pm at Honolulu Hale.
