Why it is that Hawaii continues to resist the legalization of marijuana could be attributed to the parochial missionary influence that pervades anti turpitude laws, "We can't allow savages free reign over their devices!" As a point of comparison, Guam has legal marijuana, but oddly forbids liquor sales before 9:00 a.m.The answer then must lie in who profits economically from such a prohibition.

Congrats Will, this is your best cartoon yet. Fireworks, drunk drivers, alcohol on every corner, domestic violence, all just business as usual. And we recognize that drunk driver/legislator who got off without a slap in the wrist.
