Also, in this case I've come to the conclusion - " Admission to guilt to the Courts, exposes the ignorance of the peers around them " Heres what I mean by this - Public Figure(s) plead guilty and the Courts gives a minimum sentence , the Peers here of the light sentence and they test the waters with no fear of getting caught because more enlikely the sentence received is no where close to amount taken in the crime..
