This should galvanize the lawmakers to fix the law. Judiciary should not be making law. They are supposed to interpret the law. Let’s go back to the lawmakers the fix it once and for all.

It would have been a perfect distraction in any other year, but with most people concerned over rampant inflation and shortages this is not going to produce the kind of political firestorm that the Democrats are hoping for.
