Like the state bird or flower, the abandon car should be a symbol of local disrespect some pigs have for the a'ina they so protest stolen from them personally. Same folks that deface and destroy public property. Complete disrespect for the land and society in general.

Artwork was missing our super ugly utility poles and tangled rats' nests of wires. No pride in work. Need training in straightening and clipping lines.

Does the pending law do anything about the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act? That federal law requires a court order before taking a military member's car. I just returned from a trip to Guam, and, like the Hawaiian islands, they also suffer from abandoned cars, some of which belong to service members that can't be easily be cleaned up.
