The incumbent Democratic representative for state House District 23, Ikaika Olds, is facing Republican challenger Victor Muh in the Nov. 3 general election.
The seat includes the busy urban Honolulu neighborhoods of McCully and Mōʻiliʻili located across the Ala Wai Canal from Waikīkī.
